Make the process visible.
Make the change executable.

Starting point

When delays, discrepancies or manual workarounds become routine, the first step is to establish how the work is actually performed — and which changes will create the most operational value.

01 / Services

From process diagnosis to implementation support.

01 — DIAGNOSIS

See the process as it really works.

Process audits, non-conformity analysis and AS-IS mapping based on workplace observation and operational data.

02 — DESIGN

Design a better operating model.

TO-BE mapping, improvement options, priorities, risks and performance measures used to validate the change.

03 — IMPLEMENTATION

Turn the design into daily practice.

ERP/WMS business requirements and testing, work instructions, checklists and training for operational teams.

Przemysław Michałowski

I combine more than 13 years of hands-on operational experience with process and solution design for logistics. For over 7 years, I have worked in multi-site environments across process audits, inventory control, stocktakes and warehouse change initiatives.

I work end to end: from process audit and AS-IS mapping, through root-cause analysis and TO-BE design, to ERP/WMS business requirements, testing and operational standards. I understand the perspectives of operations, IT teams and solution providers, which allows me to translate day-to-day operational problems into implementable solutions.

OPERVECT / STAGE REPORT

OperTrack

After each completed stage, you receive an OperTrack report covering the work performed, findings, delivered materials and the recommended next step. The public excerpt demonstrates the standard used to close a complete cycle — from the AS-IS baseline to the TO-BE direction and action plan. It is demonstration material, not the full scope of a client-specific report.
